Sophie Turner is officially royalty. The Game of Thrones star has been announced as the voice of Princess Charlotte in HBO Max's forthcoming royal family sitcom, The Prince, and we couldn't think of a better actress for the job.

Gary Janetti, the show's creator, revealed on Instagram, "Meet Charlotte - Sophie Turner @sophiet The Prince coming to @hbomax." Turner also celebrated the news and wrote on her Instagram Stories, "Charlotte is coming! And I couldn't be more honored to join this cast and go on this fun/filled adventure with @garyjanetti."

Turner joins a star-studded cast, including the show's creator, Janetti, as Prince George, Alan Cumming as George's butler, Orlando Bloom as Prince Harry, and Condola Rashad (Billions) as Meghan Markle.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, The Prince "will see George finding his path in life as a young prince in modern times—from the 775 rooms of Buckingham Palace to his family's sea of corgis to primary school with commoners." Meanwhile, Janetti said of the show, "I’m thrilled to be working at HBO Max and bringing them yet another series about a family ruthlessly fighting for the throne."

Janetti's popular Instagram account takes aim at the royal family, parodying Prince George in particular, and satirizing key royal moments. He's worked as a writer and producer on several shows, including Family Guy and Will & Grace, on which he served as an executive producer between 2005 and 2006. Janetti is married to celebrity stylist Brad Goreski.
