Simone Ashley is back with another stunning look at a red carpet movie premiere for The Gray Man.
The Bridgerton star, 27, was all abs and strong, strong arms in her cut-out gown.
Simone is a self-described "sporty" girl who can be found frolicking on the beach with her cute pup when she's not galloping across a TV show set.

The Bridgerton actress stepped out in a sexy, abs-bearing dress for the premiere of Netflix’s The Gray Man and someone needs to call Lady Whistledown because she looks simply stunning. The 27-year-old actress donned a fitted black dress with a strappy bodice, showing off her abs and strong arms.
How one gets into this dress is perhaps one of life’s greatest mysteries—the average gal may need a team of experts to untangle it—but Simone looks fabulous, as always.
Simone works hard for her muscles. She told Glamour recently that when she wasn’t busy filming the steamy period piece, she was kickboxing, going on hikes, and taking her dog for long walks.
In an interview with Glamour UK, she said she needed to become good at horseback riding for her Bridgerton role, which also helped her clear her head and get a good sweat in. “I’m quite natural and I’m quite sporty anyway,” she told the magazine. “At the start, I was in the saddle every other day, pretty much for one to one and a half hours a day. I loved it."
Simone really loves salmon, and told the outlet she would fuel up on a large portion of the fish on set to make sure she was energized for her big scenes. She also seems to like drinking green juice and tea, both of which are a great way to stay hydrated in a healthy way.
For exercise, Simone goes for runs on the beach with her pup. And anyone who has walked on sand recently knows that is a hell of a calf workout. These two look like they're having the time of their lives.
The pair stays outside during all seasons though, as evidenced by this adorable snowy photo.
And like the relatable queen she is, she balances out those green juices with her love of a nice big ice cream cone with rainbow sprinkles.
