Someone Accused Kim Kardashian of Allegedly Copying the 'Vibes' Logo for Her New Fragrance
Awkward times for Kim Kardashian! The rising beauty mogul is reportedly being sued for allegedly stealing the logo for "Vibes"-her new KKW fragrance. Per TMZ, the lawsuit is from marketing company Vibes Media, who (according to The Blast) claim they trademarked the logo in 2012, and that Kim "has been marketing, promoting, and is now selling a Vibes perfume. The Vibes perfume comes in a bottle that is a close facsimile of the Registered Vibes Logo."

TMZ reports that Vibes Media is seeking damages, and want all Kim's unsold Vibes perfumes destroyed. Kim has yet to respond publicly, and is basically just out here all:
