Sofia Vergara Can't Seem To Find Anyone To Buy Her Former Beverly Hills Estate With Joe Manganiello

Sofía Vergara is ready to move on! The 51-year-old actress revealed earlier this week that she’s ready to men outside the entertainment industry after her divorce from Joe Manganiello last year. Now, she’s desperately trying to get rid of one of the homes she lived in with her ex.
Vergara first listed the Beverly Hills estate in 2022 for a hefty price of $19.6 million well before she and Manganiello parted ways. In 2023, she dropped the price to $18 million and still didn’t have any luck with buyers. She’s now made a drastic move by dropping the price by an astonishing $5.7 million, according to TMZ. The Modern Family star is hoping that someone will be enticed by the new $13.95 million sticker price.

For anyone who is interested, the home boasts 11,369-square-feet with seven bedrooms, two of which are converted for live-in staff, plus 11 bathrooms. The residence was fully renovated ahead of Vergara putting it up for sale, so it’s a turnkey property for the buyer. It’s the perfect place for a Hollywood A-lister because there are plenty of elite amenities to enjoy. There’s a a state-of-the-art screening room and a lower-level wet bar for pre-gaming before the movie — the perfect party house. The estate is also ideal for outdoor activities with its resort-like pool in the backyard with a spa, outdoor dining room, and a barbecue pit.
Vergara and Manganiello moved to a $26-million Beverly Park estate with 17,000 square feet of space in 2022, which the America’s Got Talent star still lives in. So, it looks like Vergara just wants to put a part of her real estate history in the past after her divorce — and she’s trying to encourage buyers with a more attractive price. Will she get any bites in a tumultuous home-buying market?
In the meantime, Vergara is focusing on her upcoming Netflix series, Griselda, which involved her dramatic transformation into the cocaine-trafficking mastermind. As for her dating life, she’s open to anyone who isn’t from Hollywood, telling Jimmy Fallon earlier this week, “Who doesn’t love New York City? It’s the people, it’s the energy. I think that you have more options with men also. I’m single now!” Maybe Vergara will be in the Manhattan real estate market looking for her perfect penthouse once her 90210 estate sells.
