Sofia Coppola’s Lip Balm Collection with Augustinus Bader Is the Beauty Collab of the Moment

Augustinus Bader has no shortage of fans, and Priscilla director Sofia Coppola just so happens to be one of them. So much so, in fact, that she teamed up with the celebrity-backed luxury skincare company on a trio of tinted lip balms in three sheer yet buildable washes.

“The Bader lip balm is one of my favorites so I was excited when the brand agreed to collaborate on a tinted version,” Coppola says in a release. “Shade 1 is based on a favorite sheer deep pink lipstick I hoarded after it was discontinued, that’s easy and adds a brightening, subtle tint. Shade 2 is a red coral I like for summer or at the beach, and Shade 3 is a burnt, earthy plum.”

With the same hydrating formula as the beloved original, the latest launch from the cult-favorite brand is powered by Bader’s patented TFC8 technology and the unmatched hydration of plant-based butters and oils — shea butter, vitamin E and candelilla wax.

Since launching in 2018, the products have blown up with the help of a huge celebrity and influencer following. Victoria Beckham, Olivia Culpo, and investor Melanie Griffith make up just a handful of ride or dies.
