Summer is in full swing, and Sofía Vergara is here for it. The America’s Got Talent judge just posted a casual swimsuit pic on Instagram that has people totally freaking out. Seriously, the pic is one of the more iconic "summer" grid posts I've seen in a while.

If you haven't seen it yet, the pic is simple: It shows the 50-year-old lounging poolside in a black thong swimsuit. Sofía’s mega-toned booty is on *full* display as she looks into the distance. She kept the caption simple, writing “Summer is my thing” in Spanish. Cue her comments completely filling up with fire emojis.

“I don’t think there’s a woman more stunningly beautiful, in the world,” one person wrote. “Do you ever take a bad picture?” someone else said. Of course, there were also more peach and fire emojis than anyone could possibly count.

Sofía looks sculpted all over right now. So, if you're wondering what she's doing these days, you're certainly not alone. Luckily, Women's Health has some helpful insights for you into her health and wellness routines.

For one, she's huge into Pilates. She’s worked with trainer, Jennifer Yates, who told People in 2020 that she and Sofía meet up five times a week for 50-minute to one-hour long sessions. Together, the two do Lagree Pilates, which focuses on high intensity and low impact moves. And—no shocker here—Yates said Sofía likes working her butt muscles on the Megaformer machine.

“We do a lot of squats and deadlifts and, and we do a lot of things off the machine as well,” Yates said. “Recently we’ve been combining some of the heavier weights for the lower body because she’s trying to put a little more mass on, so we’ve been doing a lot of work with kettle bells.”

Sofía is also “dedicated” and “really strong,” Yates said. BTW, the actress even works out on vacation. “She’ll take weights and resistance bands with her,” her trainer shared.

Sofía previously told People that she really started to focus on fitness after she turned 40. “I started seeing a softness everywhere on my body… I knew it was time to do something, so I did,” she said.

While Sofía works hard at the gym, she’s made it clear that when it comes to her nutrition, she’s not into restrictive diets. She regularly shares Instagram posts of the mouthwatering foods she eats, including a yummy-looking spread to celebrate Cinco de Mayo:
