Social Light: Private View of Extremis by Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar
Franco-Iranian artist Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar, known for his textured painting style, hosted a private view of his anticipated new exhibition, Extremis, at the Setareh Gallery in Düsseldorf, Germany last Thursday. The private viewing of the exhibition, which runs until November 23, saw guests including Amber Le Bon, Jodie Kidd and Eric Underwood receive a personalised tour of the works, which concentrate on the artist's turbulent childhood in Tehran during the Iran-Iraq war, followed by dinner.
