Noughty Dealcoholized Sparkling Chardonnay was crafted to stand alone as a top quality sparkling wine. It just so happens delicious wine and alcohol do not have to be synonymous! It is a Non-Vintage blend made from 100% organic Chardonnay, grown in sandy & calcareous soils from vineyards located in southern Spain. Noughty Dealcoholized Sparkling Rosé is also a Non-Vintage blend, made from 100% organic Tempranillo from those same soils in southern Spain.

Eric Asimov from The New York Times called their wines, "Tasty." While Tamlyn Currin from jancisrobinson.com went on to say, “It is, hands down, the best alcohol-free sparkling wine I have ever tasted, and one of the best alcohol-free wines I’ve tasted overall.”

For the still dealcoholized wines, the fruit's origin is in Western Cape, South Africa - producing a white, rosé, and red. The white is comprised of 55% Chenin Blanc + 45% Chardonnay, the rosé is made from 99% Chenin Blanc + 1% Pinotage, and the red is made from 100% Syrah.
