Sneak Peek! The Drama Continues To Build as a Trap Is Set on the Next Episode of 'Yellowstone'

Kayce makes an important decision for his family while a trap is set for Jamie.

Last week's two-episode season premiere of Yellowstone did not disappoint. Viewers ran the gamut of emotions watching the premiere. We were elated to see the show return with a newly elected governor and the continued banter in the bunkhouse, but sad at the outcome of the Dutton legacy continuing with Kayce (Luke Grimes) and Monica's (Kelsey Asbille) new baby. Viewers and John Dutton (Kevin Costner) were shocked to see how much Carter (Finn Little) had grown!

Did you notice how similar the young Lloyd looked to the Lloyd (Forrie J. Smith) we know? That's because Forrest Smith, who plays young Lloyd in flashback scenes is the son of Forrie J. Smith, who plays present-day Lloyd!

The show also shattered records with over 16 millions viewers tuning in to the premiere making it the most watched show across all of TV in 2022 and the most-watched cable premiere since 2017's The Walking Dead.

In "Tall Drink of Water," this week's episode of Yellowstone, Beth (Kelly Reilly) heads to Salt Lake City to take care of unfinished business. A trap is set for Jamie (Wes Bentley) while Thomas Rainwater (Gil Birmingham) deals with mounting pressure.

As John Dutton settles into his new role as the Governor of Montana, Rip (Cole Hauser) and the Bunkhouse Boys deal with the aftermath of killing federally protected wolves.

Wolves were non-existent in Yellowstone National Park for decades after the last pack was eliminated by park rangers in 1920. They were reintroduced to the park in 1995. Once protected under the Endangered Species Act, they have since been delisted.

Meanwhile, Monica, Kayce and Tate (Brecken Merrill) continue to mourn the loss of their son and brother as Kayce makes an important decision for his family.
