Smorgasburg NYC kicks off in Manhattan, Brooklyn

QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) — The city’s largest weekly open-air food market is back!

Smorgasburg reopened for the season on Friday. Over 70 vendors are listed on the food market’s website including Dough, BiBi Bakery, Red Hook Lobster Pound, and many more.

The food market first launched in May 2011 as a spinoff of Brooklyn Flea and has platformed hundreds of food and drink vendors from around the world.

Here’s a list of this season’s Smorgasburg dates and locations:

Smorgasburg WTC

  • Opening date: Friday, April 5th

  • Operating day: Fridays

  • Where: The Oculus

Williamsburg

  • Opening date: Saturday, April 6th

  • Operating day: Saturdays

  • Where: Marsha P. Johnson State Park, 90 Kent Ave, Brooklyn

Prospect Park

  • Opening date: Sunday, April 7th

  • Operating day: Sundays

  • Where: Breeze Hill, Brooklyn
