“The Triplex Penthouse at Flatiron House is an astonishing residence with honest-to-goodness breathtaking views of New York City landmarks in every direction and a glorious rooftop terrace,” broker Leighton Candler of the Corcoran Group told Robb Report.
The key-lock elevator opens directly into the sponsor unit’s upper level, which includes an entrance gallery with a circular staircase and a wet bar (perfect for cocktail parties!), a light-filled combination living and dining area, a more cozily proportioned media room, and ensuite two bedrooms. Nearby, there’s an eat-in chef’s kitchen that’s centered around a large island and includes marble counters and backsplashes, tons of custom oak cabinets, and top-of-the-line appliances from Gaggenau and Thermador.
