Sushi lovers can order a “lunar lemon roll” from Glass Box, which consist of spicy yellowtail topped with salmon, lemon and ponzu. Additionally, Glass Box is offering a “milky way martini,” a concoction of vodka, yuzu, lychee and triple sec.

Meanwhile, Urbana has a “Martian margarita” and “twilight tacos,” which includes al pastor, arbol chile, salsa, queso fresco and pickled onion stuffed inside a blue corn tortilla shell.

Del Mar Wine & Food Festival coming this fall

On Friday, National Space Day, the San Diego Air & Space Museum will be hosting interactive activities at the Sky Deck, including live 3D printings and giveaways from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The evening celebrations continue with a stargazing experience hosted by StarDude Astronomy from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Then, on Saturday, families can take photos and mingle with Stormtroopers and let them escort them to their tables. The soldiers will be at the Sky Deck from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Of course, the space adventure would not be complete without re-watching the Star Wars films. Brewers Deck will be hosting a movie marathon of five of the most recent films from the popular franchise, including “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story,” “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker,” “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” and “Solo: A Star Wars Story.” Showings take place between 12:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m on Friday.
