Skittish Feral Cat Completely Transforms When Given a Kitten
They say all it takes is a friend to change your life—and that couldn’t be any more true for Nala, a former feral cat. Nala was always a bit skittish and shy. She would hide nervously around any kind of action and generally seemed on edge a lot.
That was the case until her owners decided to get her a kitten to play with. Once Nala met the small kitten, it was love at first sight. She decided to take in the kitten as her own, acting like its mom.
Everywhere the kitten would go, Nala would follow. She became the perfect mother hen—and was coming out of her shell more and more in the process.

Her love for the kitten was instantly evident, and it makes us wonder if she was a momma cat in her previous life on the streets. The way she took to the kitten really makes us think so!
She is really cherishing her time with the little kitten. They’re so cute cuddling and playing with each other!
Wherever that kitten is, Nala is always right next to her. Their special bond they’ve formed is so adorable to see. You can tell that the love is mutual and that they will be close for a long time.
These two kitties are always running around together or finding new hiding places within the house. They have multiple cat houses and even a cat tree to climb on and explore.
With the introduction of another cat, Nala was feeling more confident at home than she used to without the kitten. The kitten has really helped Nala immensely in feeling less nervous.
As the kitten ages, we know that she and Nala will remain the best of friends. After all, Nala welcomed her into her home with open arms and treated her as her own.
