Skims Taps SZA to Front New Campaign
The singer/songwriter joins the ranks of celebrities who have modeled underwear for Kim Kardashian's intimates and loungewear brand.
SZA is the latest celebrity to become an underwear model, thanks to Kim Kardashian. On Wednesday, Skims released its latest campaign, featuring the Grammy-award-winning singer/songwriter clad in its Fits Everybody line.
With the campaign, SZA joins the growing ranks of celebrities who have modeled for Skims, including ex-Victoria Secret Angels like Candice Swanepoel and Alessandra Ambrosio, as well as celebrities like Brooke Shields, Juliette Lewis and Chelsea Handler, who have previously appeared in a bra campaign for the brand. (Skims has also worked with Indya Moore, Becky G, Tyra Banks, Heidi Klum, "White Lotus" stars Simona Tabasco and Bea Grannò, among others.)
"SZA's honesty, confidence and dynamic energy are unparalleled. She's truly the woman of the moment, and I'm so honored for her to be featured in Skims' latest campaign," said Kardashian of the brand's choice to work with the musician.

Photographed by frequent Skims collaborator Greg Swales, the campaign imagery shows SZA wearing signature pieces from the brand's "Fits Everybody" collection, including underwear, bralettes, leotards and bandeaus in shades of brown and black. She also stars in a short video with a very straightforward tagline, embedded above.
"I'm excited to be in Skims' latest Fits Everybody underwear campaign and to align myself with a brand that strives to make women feel both comfortable and sexy," said SZA of the partnership, via a press release.
The campaign launch perfectly coincides with the final stop of SZA's SOS tour at The Forum in Los Angeles on Wednesday, representing a full-circle moment for the pop star. To commemorate this moment, images from the campaign will be featured across billboards around The Forum.
