The skate spots, DIYs, and skateable pools in Tijuana, Mexico

Heading south of the US/Mexico border has a lot of connotations. Exploring Baja's beaches and wineries? In need of dental work or prescription meds much cheaper than in the US? Catching a Xolos or Toros game? Living your best life in a country with a lower drinking age?

Jesse Lindloff and his posse want none of those things! They're down there for the empty backyard pools. Check the vid.

"Hop on the session and go Behind The Ad with Jesse Lindloff as he crosses the border into Tijuana, hits up Manos Sucias skate shop DIY and ends the day with a sad plant in a backyard pool."

There're a few ways to get around if you're itching to head down Mexico way. Jesse and his friends took the route of parking in one of the pay lots on the US side of the border, walking over, then having some skate amigos on the other side swoop you up—or you can hail a cab.

There's tons of stuff to skate down there, so long as you have a guide or the pins. Respect the locals and the local law, keep some cash on you, enjoy the tacos, and you'll have a great time.
