Skai Jackson Has Filed A Restraining Order Against Bhad Bhabie Following Death Threats

  • Danielle has threatened to kill Skai multiple times.

  • In response, Skai has filed a restraining order against Danielle.

After keeping mostly quiet throughout her feud with Bhad Bhabie AKA Danielle Bregoli, Skai Jackson has finally responded in the form of legal action.

According to E! News, Skai has filed a restraining order against the 16-year-old rapper. In the court documents, Skai explained her reasoning for filing the order, saying, "The harassment has caused me to be fearful of leaving my house by myself, and lack of sleep."

This comes following a feud between the two young stars that played out over Instagram. Danielle is claiming that Skai keeps trying to date men whom Danielle has been previously involved with, and Danielle is not happy about it. "The dudes you're trying to talk to because I talk to them, they aren't your type," the rapper said in an Instagram Live. "You don't talk to dudes like that. So stop."

Amid the drama, Danielle appeared to threaten Skai's life, saying "B*tch I'll kill you" on an Instagram Live. In Instagram DMs obtained by TMZ, you can see Danielle telling Skai, "Imma get to you...Hide...That's all imma tell you...HIDE."

In response to Skai filing the restraining order, Danielle took to Instagram, sharing a pic of her gold and platinum records and writing, "You can try to hate me for responding to bullsh*t with more bullsh*t but that’s just who I am and I don’t apologize for none of it. I been in this fake ass Hollywood world for 3 1/2 years now and I’ve done ALOT when the whole world said I couldn’t, but I refuse to become as fake as Hollywood is. Y’all can play around on your finstas but I’ll always say what’s on my mind as cuz that’s who I am. Go get your restraining order, Imma go get checks."

Aside from taking legal action and a vague tweet, Skai has still not commented publicly about the feud.
