Kim and Kanye famously fronted Balmain’s fall campaign last season, a high fashion reward for turning Olivier Rousteing into a household name. This season, the French designer was once again inspired by the world’s most famous couple—more specifically, by their love.  He tells Style.com, “While I watched Mario [Sorrenti] capture a kiss last fall, I was struck by the love and emotion that I was witnessing in front of me. Starting with a determination to once again focus on the beauty of an intimate connection, my team and I quickly concluded that a celebration of the unique and unconditional love of siblings is a natural progression from the spirit of last season.”

Three sets of sisters make for six faces of Balmain’s ‘70s-inspired spring collection: Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Gigi and Bella Hadid, and Joan and Erika Smalls. The first two look like they might make out, the last two will make you wonder why Erika hasn’t followed in her sister’s footsteps sooner.

Fashion’s been obsessed with sisters for more than a minute now. The Hadids were just photographed for the cover of V magazine, Ruby and Lily Aldridge posed for Victoria’s Secret together, Cara and Poppy Delevingne have paired up for brands like Hogan and mags like W, and Marie Claire recently shot Dree Hemingway and Langley Fox side by side.

Emotion, love, connection, sure, but the fact is, the only thing the world loves more than one hot woman is two—together.
