(COLORADO SPRINGS) – The Singles Source owner Dawn Cooper was bored and lonely and felt isolated after COVID. She wanted to get out and meet people and socialize. Dawn then decided to plan an event, just one event, to bring people together in Colorado Springs.
However, Cooper needed to get some followers and interest before planning anything big. Cooper decided to start a singles group and plan events in Colorado Springs. Events took place at Red Leg for trivia night and at Whiskey Baron for ladies night, with around 12-15 people attending at each.
The event has now grown in Colorado Springs with double the people attending, which resulted in under 80 people attending at one event! Cooper then started doing Speed Dating in October 2022 which everyone started to love!
Cooper’s next event will be held on Tuesday, May 7, and she also has the younger age speed dating on Saturday, May 25, both held at the Alexander Public House in Colorado Springs.
