Since You’re Nosy AF, Here’s All the Dirt on Zac Efron’s New Girlfriend, Halston Sage

So you were on the internet last night completely minding your business when SUDDENLY—you find out that Zac Efron, the one man in all of Hollywood you’ve had a burning, heart-wrenching crush on for a million years since High School Musical came out, broke up with his ex-girlfriend. You (foolishly) think, Now's my chance with him! But sadly, the thought lasted for only 0.5 seconds because surprise! Zac is in a relationship again. *sobs*

Zac is now dating actress Halston Sage, giving us absolutely zero time to recover from missing that he was single to begin with. Us Weekly had the intel and revealed Zac and his ex Sarah Bro broke up and then he promptly moved on to Halston. And things between them are progressing pretty darn quickly, because Us said Zac and Halston “are in a serious relationship and in love.” They also spent a large chunk of time together in late 2019. “They spent the holidays together, with part of that time in Santa Barbara,” the source said.

This isn’t the first time Halston and Zac have dated.

If Halston looks oddly familiar to you, this is probably why! Halston and Zac both starred in Neighbors together around April 2014 and started dating after getting close on-set. “They are definitely an item,” an E! News source said at the time. “They were seeing each other a bit during filming of their movie together, and ever since he went to rehab, they got a lot closer. Her friends love him and say he is so sweet. He’s really good to her.”

She has since returned to the television circuit and currently has a main role on Prodigal Son as Ainsley Whitly after completing seasons 1 and 2 of The Orville, in which she starred as Alara Kitan.
