It turns out that if you store your wrap in the freezer, your problems will be solved.
You know when you're trying to pack away some leftovers in your fridge and you have to wrap it up with plastic wrap? Then, when you take out a piece of the plastic wrap, it all gets stuck together and you inevitably end up rolling it into a giant clump to throw out? Well, that may never happen again thanks to a TikTok user who shared her hack, because turns out if you store your wrap in the freezer, your problems will be solved.
@OfficialTikTokNurse, who also goes by Nurse Tara, posted a video to her account with the caption "BRUH. DO IT ITS LIFE CHANGING," which is truly enough to get anyone's attention. She explained in the video that her aunt was over and saw her struggling to wrap her food up and told her, "You know Saran Wrap is supposed to go in the freezer right?" Well, many of us did not know this!
She then said that she put her box in the freezer overnight and when she went to use it the next day it wasn't as easy for it to stick to itself. It did adhere just a little bit in the TikTok, but Tara showed us just how easy it was to peel apart when cold.
I'm no scientist, but I'm assuming freezing it...helps get rid of some of the moisture between the wrap that makes it stick to itself? IDK about that for sure, but what I do know is that I'll be trying this tonight...and you should too.
