Simone Biles Just Went Instagram Official With Her New Boyfriend, NFL Player Jonathan Owens
Simone Biles just posted a picture of her with her new boyfriend on Instagram.
Simone's new man is Jonathan Owens, an NFL football player for the Houston Texans.
Simone Biles is literally one of the busiest, hardworking, talented athletes in the world (I mean...do you even know how many Olympic medals she has???), but that doesn't mean she doesn't have time for finding love and romance in these crazy times! Case in point: Simone has a brand new boyfriend, and is so happy with the way things are going that she decided to make her relationship with NFL player, Jonathan Owens, Instagram official, y'all.

Now for a little intel on Jonathan—before getting into the realm of professional football, he played for the college team at Missouri Western State University. In 2018, he signed to play with the Arizona Cardinals, and recently signed a contract with the Houston Texans earlier this year. It's currently unclear of when Simone and Jonathan started dating, but on July 22, Simone posted a shout-out for him on his birthday, writing “Hope this year brings you everything you want and more,” alongside with a pic of Jonathan giving her a piggyback ride.

If this background info is making you think, Wait, didn't Simone date another athlete before Jonathan? the answer is yes...she did! Before getting together with Jonathan, Simone dated Stacey Ervin Jr., professional wrestler and former U.S. national team gymnast. Simone met Stacey after he became a coach at Nellie Biles’ (aka Simone's dad) gym at the World Champions Centre in Spring, Texas.
Stacey and Simone started dating in 2017, but Simone later revealed that they broke up in March of this year in her recent issue of Vogue magazine. “It’s hard being young and having that long of a relationship and then ending it. But it was for the best,” Simone said. Oh, and did I mention they both deleted every IG pic of each other from their feeds? This is legit the only one Simone has left of her with Stacey:
