  • Simone Biles has been sharing photos from her trip to Las Vegas with new fiance Jonathan Owens.

  • She glows as she shows off her washboard abs, toned legs, and for the big reveal...her engagement ring.

  • The gymnastics G.O.A.T. told Women's Health that she spends five to six hours a day in the gym working up a sweat.

You've seen Simone Biles work hard. Look no further than her gold-medal-winning gymnastic performances, I mean, the flips alone!

So it is nice, for a change, to see the 24-year-old gymnast play hard too, in her fabulous snaps from Las Vegas. And you might notice her rocking a new accessory: her big old engagement ring from FIANCÉ Jonathan Owens! Congrats queen, I’m truly teary-eyed.

Simone has been serving lewks on her Instagram as she makes her way through Sin City with her boo (and excellent Instagram photographer) Jonathan.

For example:

And this one:

She is GLOWING in an orange minidress that shows off her washboard abs and toned AF arms and legs. The dress is all sequins, and she rocks the whole one long sleeve, one bare shoulder thing beautifully. I would be remiss to not highlight Simone’s perfectly matching orange heels. Though with Simone, I expect nothing less! I present her with fashion’s gold medal, which she can surely add to her trophy room.

I’m not the only one kvelling over the outfit. Fellow Olympian Sunisa Lee was quick to hop in the comments and tell Simone, “u look STUNNING.” No lies detected. McKayla Maroney, who you may remember from her role in securing gold as a member of the so-called Fierce Five women’s gymnastic team at the 2012 Summer Olympics, also hyped her teammate up, writing “Omg 🧡”

The rest of her Las Vegas pics are equally as fire. Here is Simone posing in a cropped top and pink cargo pants of my 2000s dreams.

And then in this black mini dress, with a pair of coral pink heels, that has me screaming. Not to mention the leg definition—my lawd.

Of course, no bae-cation would be complete without a couple shot! In one photo posted, Simone captions “money baby 🤑💕” over a set of photos with her and Jonathan getting a little cutesy. Her outfit here is, of course, equally fabulous. My sequined queen!

And here are the love birds looking cute as hell again. And Ms. Simone I see your LV purse 👀

So, besides having truly *impeccable* fashions [cue the Aretha Franklin clip, great gowns, beautiful gowns] what does the Olympian do to stay as toned as she does? Luckily, Simone has spilled on the deets.

Well, first of all, she told Women's Health she spends five to six hours a day in the gym working up a sweat. And it’s not all flips and balance beam routines! She also does cross-training, and before the 2016 Olympics swam twice a week for almost a mile. “I swore I was going to drown, it was so hard, and then we would run."

"If we didn't bike, we would run a mile before practice, and as soon as we finished the mile we'd have to go inside and do a beam routine. My legs were absolute jello.” Uhh, yea! I would bet.

She does lots of leg strengthening exercises, which if you’ve taken a look at those gams, is no surprise!

Simone shared that leg strengthening exercises are her favorite “because those exercises come pretty easily to me.” (Obvs!) “I have good, powerful legs, so I can do conditioning and they won't be too sore,” she added. But, she's not really into abs workouts.

As far as the diet of an Olympian goes, she says she doesn’t track or overthink it too much, which is honestly nice to hear! "I eat what I feel good with and try not to overeat or stuff myself because I'm always at the gym,” Simone told Women’s Health.

For breakfast, she likes a bowl of oatmeal or fruit. Lunch is by chef Simone herself. "If I cook, though, it's usually pasta, or chicken or salmon in the air fryer, oven, or on the grill.” And for dinner, our queen eats out. "If I'm feeling like a little bit of a less healthy meal, I get pizza or fettuccine Alfredo with chicken.” Yasss to the fettuccine Simone!

And for dessert, Simone bakes. "I do bake chocolate chip cookies myself and whenever I do I usually make s'mores cookies," she told WH. "I put a graham cracker at the bottom, marshmallows and chocolate on the top, and then I wrap it in cookie dough and bake it. That's my favorite cookie to bake."

As I said, work hard, and play hard, Simone is a pro!
