  • Simone Biles just took things to the next level with a Halloween IG post that has everyone freaking out.

  • The gymnast, 25, posted pics in a flame-print miniskirt and bra top that put her sculpted abs, legs, and a peek of booty on display.

Simone Biles always looks fire, but she really turned up the heat when she dressed as flames this Halloween.

The Olympic gymnast rocked a matching black set with orange and red flames adorning the mini skirt, bikini top, and shirt sleeves that showed off her epic abs and super toned booty. Which her totally hot footballer boyfriend Jonathan Owens takes a handful of in the first pic. He was dressed as a fireman, naturally. He is just doing his part to tame the fire, I’m sure!

"Drop your fire captions below," she captioned her post, and of course, the people delivered. "🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵," one person commented. "This girl is on fire! 🔥," another wrote. And a final person just wrote: "I need medical attention after these pics 🔥." Same.

The 25-year-old obviously knows a thing or two about putting in work at the gym, need I remind you of all the gold medals? Ahead of the Olympics in 2016, the GOAT of gymnastics told Women's Health she swam about a mile twice a week.

"I swore I was going to drown, it was so hard, and then we would run. And the year before that we would bike 10 miles outside once a week,” she said. “If we didn't bike, we would run a mile before practice, and as soon as we finished the mile we'd have to go inside and do a beam routine. My legs were absolute jello."

Her routines were similarly intense in the lead up to the 2021 Olympic games. “I train seven hours a day, I do have Sundays off,” she shared during an April 2021 episode of The Tonight Show via Hollywood Life. “So, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday I train twice a day. And then Thursday and Saturday I train once a day.”

But it's not all just hard work in the gym, Simone is careful about getting proper recovery, she told Health.com. "I do regular athletic massages and ice massages. I also use compression boots and take Epsom-salt baths," she told the website. "And I see my athletic doctor every Friday for a check-in."

Simone also shared that when she’s not focusing on her physical health, she’s taking good care of her mental health. "For a while, I saw a psychologist once every two weeks," she told the website "That helped me get in tune with myself so that I felt more comfortable and less anxious."

Simone eats well, but doesn’t get stressed over her diet. “I do not track anything," she previously told Women's Health. “I eat what I feel good with and try not to overeat or stuff myself because I'm always at the gym.”

She usually starts her day with oatmeal or fruit, followed by a protein shake after he first workout. “Usually I drink half after the first practice and half after the second practice,” she said.

Simone might order in for lunch, which could be anything from pepperoni pizza to sushi, (an excellent range if you ask me). "If I cook, though, it's usually pasta, or chicken or salmon in the air fryer, oven, or on the grill,” she says. Simone also tries to be make sure she gets her veggies in, adding asparagus, broccoli, carrots, corn, green beans, peas, and potatoes in the mix.

Dinner is whatever she’s craving that night! “If I'm feeling like a little bit of a less healthy meal, I get pizza or fettuccine Alfredo with chicken," she said. Yum!
