Each of the new silicone molds retails for $49.95 and is available exclusively at Williams Sonoma (and online) through January 2019. After January look for them at Macys. Silpat baking molds are made of food-grade fiberglass mesh coated in silicone. All five mold shapes come in a 13x18 size to easily fit on your standard baking sheets, Oh yeah, for an extra layer of icing on the cake, they’re also dishwasher safe. We’re sold!
