Shy Rescue Cockatoo 'Comes Alive' After Hearing Popular 70s Song

This bird has main character energy for real.

The TikTok account for @bestfriendsanimalsociety recently uploaded a sweet video of a Cockatoo named Tilly that was surrendered to them after his owner could no longer care for him. The rescue explains that Till was shy and didn't trust anyone, and after months of attempting different ways to make this beautiful bird comfortable they finally discovered the secret.

This bird is ALL OF US when we hear Dancing Queen by Abba. Michelle comments, "Oh, Tilly is a TOTAL vibe!!" @Kate adds, "Those wings spread is the most fantastic vibe!" The sanctuary responds, "Tilly lives with good vibes only now. It’s so fun to see!" @Gingerlinga says, "He’s beautiful! I hope he finds a great home!" Another user happily exclaims, "Whoo hoo! He’s got better moves than me! Go boy!!" @Yagirl adds, "He is the Dancing Queen!! So cute!"

Abba really does seem like the jam for a lot of Cockatoos, because here's another fan.

It's so wonderful how the sanctuary was able to find the perfect thing to make this sweet bird feel comfortable and happy! We have to wonder what other artists and genres of music they tried before landing on female pop stars!
