Reitmans Canada Limited (RCL)

Canadian specialty apparel retailer Reitmans announced that Andrea Limbardi has been named president and CEO, effective September 5. Stephen Reitman, current president and CEO, will assume the position of executive chairman, while Daniel Rabinowicz will take on the position of vice chair and lead independent director.

Home retailer Wayfair announced that chief commercial officer Steve Oblak will retire from the online home goods e-tailer in the first quarter of 2024 after 14 years of leadership. Jon Blotner will assume the role of CCO, bringing with him nearly two decades of experience growing retail businesses. At Wayfair, he has overseen the company’s exclusive brands and specialty retail brands as well as its visual media, 3D operations and technology, merchandising as a service, advertising, and supplier acquisition and onboarding functions. Blotner will serve as the incoming CCO beginning in July and formally assume the role in October.

G-III Apparel Group

G-III Apparel Group announced during its annual meeting of stockholders that Dr. Joyce F. Brown, president of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT); Michael Shaffer, recently retired chief operating officer and chief financial officer of PVH Corp.; and Andrew Yaegeer, global head of Jefferies’ Strategic Equity Transactions Group were elected to its board of directors.

G-III’s board now consists of 14 members, including four women and four individuals of diverse backgrounds.

Footwear company American Exchange Group appointed Ian Eichin as the vice president of its new children’s category and Aerosoles girls’ footwear, reporting directly to chief revenue officer Robert Geller.

Workwear brand Carhartt announced the appointment of Tara Roemke as vice president of global merchandising. With more than 20 years of product management and merchandising experience, Roemke will serve as the general manager of Carhartt’s men and Carhartt company gear. She will report to Susan Hennike, Carhartt’s chief brand officer.

Third-party logistics and freight forwarding provider C.H. Robinson announced that its board of directors has appointed Dave Bozeman as CEO and board member, effective June 26. Scott Anderson, who has been serving as interim CEO since January, will continue in his role until Bozeman joins the company and will work with him to ensure a smooth transition. Anderson will continue to serve as a member of the board as well.
