LEGOs already have a pretty dedicated fandom on their own. Mix that with the intense fans of Lord of the Rings and you get a LEGO set built for the ages. That’s the case with LEGO’s newest building set for adults: an intricate replica of the Elven outpost, Rivendell. And Target and Amazon have the Lord of the Rings Rivendell LEGO set in stock for the holiday gift-giving season.

Just like Star Wars fans’ love for any LEGO set involving their favorite characters, LOTR fans get to build one of the most iconic buildings in Middle-earth in their own living rooms with the Lord of the Rings: Rivendell LEGO set sold at Target and Amazon.

The big “Icon” collectible LEGO set includes 6,167 pieces to create Rivendell along with 15 minifigures to flesh out the world. The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell LEGO set includes Frodo, Sam, Bilbo Baggins, Boromir, Gimli, Aragorn, Legolas and Gandalf the Grey so that you can “recreate your favorite scenes” in rooms where the Council of Elrond met or where the Fellowship crossed the bridge at the beginning of their iconic adventure. Frodo’s bedroom and Elrond’s study also make an appearance that LOTR fans cannot pass up.

The LEGO set measures up to 15 inches tall, 28.5 inches wide and 19.5 inches deep, with three sections (the tower, the council ring and the gazebo featuring the river and bridge).

This Lord of the Rings Rivendell LEGO set is so movie-accurate that DigitalWizardStudios used it to make a stop-motion video recreating certain scenes. And if you wanted a more in-depth look at every aspect of this LEGO set, X (formerly Twitter) user The Wonder of Tolkien (@TolkienWonder) posted a thread on X showcasing every step of their build.

The price for this Lord of the Rings Rivendell LEGO set is a bit steep, as some X users are sad about. But with how many pieces it has and how much joy it’s bringing to hardcore fans of the series, it seems worth it in the end.
