Kim Kardashian's Skims brand revolutionized shapewear and underwear for women, and now, men will get to enjoy the same benefits. Skims Men is set to launch Oct. 26 with underwear, tees, and socks, and the launch announcement features some high-powered athletes.

Brazilian soccer icon Neymar, San Francisco 49ers star Nick Bosa, and Oklahoma City Thunder player Shai Gilgeous-Alexander appear in promotional material for the new men's line of products. It's a smart choice for Skims Men to feature revered athletes in its first introduction to the world; after all, who wouldn't want to feel like these guys when they're wearing just their underwear?

"The expansion into the menswear space is a major milestone for the brand, and a testament to Skims’ commitment to providing solutions for everybody," Kardashian said in a statement. "To have an icon like Neymar Jr. be the face of our launch campaign, along with NBA All-Star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and NFL’s top Defensive Player Nick Bosa, I think speaks volumes to the way Skims has evolved into becoming a brand that can provide comfort for all audiences, not just for women."

CEO Jens Grede pointed out that 10 percent of Skims' customers were already men, so it only made sense to create products for this growing client demographic. "For me personally, I wanted more stuff to wear," he admitted. "I was running a bit dry with my one T-shirt." To help develop the products, Kardashian and Grede asked Rob Kardashian to model their prototypes and give feedback on the material and fit.

As for the models they chose for the inaugural Skims men campaign, Grede told GQ that male athletes were clamoring for the opportunity to be the face of Skims Men. "I was surprised by how many men, especially athletes, gravitated to the brand," he confessed. "They would say, 'If you ever do men’s, we will be in the campaign. If you ever do men’s, you got to think of me first.'"

Skims Men will be launching with men's boxers, briefs, T-shirts, tanktops, and leggings. Guys looking for a little extra help in sculpting their physique will soon have help from Skims' forthcoming men's shapewear line. For now, you can focus on getting some comfortable basics.
