PANAMA CITY BEACH − Shipwreck Island Waterpark has opened its pre-summer schedule offering families the first opportunity to enjoy the waterpark’s rides and attractions.

The tropical-themed waterpark opened Saturday. The park, at 12201 Hutchison Blvd., will be open on weekends through May 17.

During that time, hours are Saturdays and Sundays, 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The waterpark opens daily starting May 25 though Aug. 7.

Shipwreck Island has introduced a $39.99 unlimited refill souvenir bottle now on sale in the waterpark.

Shipwreck Island season passes are available at www.shipwreckisland.com. Season Pass holders can enjoy unlimited entry all summer and access to all in-park events. They will also receive 10% off food, retail purchases and non-alcoholic beverages.
