90210 alum Shenae Grimes-Beech is now in her 30s, a mom of two and still subject to internet scrutiny about her appearance.

On Friday, the Degrassi star addressed comments that she’s "aged terribly" via her Instagram.

“If you see a woman on here over the age of 30, and she doesn’t look a little bit like this," the actress said in her video, pointing to natural fine lines around her eyes and forehead, "she’s more than likely had something injected into her face."

"I’ve think we’ve gotten so used to seeing people who have had fillers and Botox talking about skincare recommendations and makeup hacks to make you look youthful and perfect and plastic, we’ve actually started to believe that that’s what you can look like," she continued.

In the caption of her video, she noted that the aging comment is one she's "heard about myself anytime I post a nostalgic clip from my past life as a TEEN actor."

"Thing is…I’m just… aging," she continued. "I’m nearly 34 years old with 2 kids, what the hell do you expect?!"

Grimes-Beech says she’s "100% for a bit of Botox or filler or whatever it is you choose to do to feel confident in your skin. How you feel about yourself is so important and I am a cheerleader for doing whatever makes you feel your best."

The Naturally, Sadie actress even shared that she’s been considering getting some work done after breastfeeding two kids, and that "transparency when it comes to beauty standards is more important right now than ever before."

"I have so much respect and admiration for the badass, beautiful women I follow that open up about these topics, whether you choose to age naturally or with a little help from your friends," she wrote.

Fans showed their support in the comments section of Grimes-Beech's post.

"You are aging so beautifully and perfectly! I couldn’t agree more, the plastic trend has created a very false idea of what aging is," wrote a fan.

"THIS!! I'm soooo glad people with platforms can acknowledge this and say the same things we're thinking! This is why I love following your account," shared another.

This isn’t the first time the actress has been open about embracing her changing appearance. In 2022, she posted on Instagram that she "spent the first year after having my first baby feeling like an alien in my own body."

“I felt empowered and strong, yes, but at the same time, like my body was something to hide away," she wrote at the time. "I had a deep understanding of what my lady parts were actually for and while that was something I celebrated with gratitude, it also made me uncomfortable in my previous wardrobe. I mean, was a MOM now. Best to button that extra button and find shorts or dresses with an extra couple inches in length, right? God forbid you get ‘the look’ from other moms who dressed the part at mommy & me class or pre-school drop off!!!”

After the birth to her second child with husband Josh Beech, she said she "ain’t having that."

"This body gave me two babies, works hard to keep up with them every day and she deserves to be shown off how I want to, when I want to," she added. "When I get ‘those looks’ now, it makes me smile. Yes, my fellow mama, these shorts are short and this v-neck is cut deep and yes, I have the confidence to rock what not only my mama gave me but now, what my babies gave me, too!"
