Shay Mitchell's Latest Hair Transformation Is Serving Kris Jenner

"New year new hair."

Shay Mitchell is giving head momager in charge with her latest photo shoot, which includes a head-turning pixie cut that's 100% channeling Kris Jenner. Today, to ring in 2024, the Béis babe shared a series of photos on Instagram that included a super-short, jet-black pixie. She captioned it simply, "new year new hair," and didn't give any clues as to whether or not she dedicated to the look with an actual chop or enlisted the help of a wig — and that's something only she and her stylist will know.

The comparisons to Jenner didn't go unnoticed in the comments, with fans writing, "raise your hand if you did a double take and thought this was Kris Jenner for a hot minute," and, "you’re doing great sweetie." In the images, Mitchell wore blue jeans and a black tuxedo jacket with tiny shades, but she ditched the top entirely for a few images, too, going topless and covering herself with her arms. She added dangling silver and white earrings to the look as a finishing touch.

Late last year, Mitchell spoke to Travel + Leisure about her brand and how it's more than just for traveling. Her bags and accessories are just as well-suited for day-to-day life.

“People are always moving,” she told the publication. “We're not just a travel brand, we're an on-the-go brand — whether it's to the grocery store, to the gym, or traveling, we have something that's going to help you feel more comfortable when you leave the house.”

And for any naysayers who think she's just here to promote the goods and has a stash of other pieces to use when she's living her life, she's here to prove them wrong.

“I have every single piece and regularly use them," she added. "I created it because there was a need for my own use.”
