Shay Mitchell just dropped an Instagram photo showing off her totally toned butt in a thong bikini.
The actress is super strong all over and back in action after giving birth to her second child in 2022.
Shay has said that working out makes her feel more energetic, and as a mom of two, she needs all the energy she can get.
If you’re looking for some inspo to add to your 2023 mood board, look no further than Shay Mitchell’s Instagram feed.
The Pretty Little Liars star posted some pictures from her latest vacation and let me just say—these are some definite sculpted booty #goals. Shay got busy rocking a green thong bikini along with some patterned pants by Pucci, and the mom is more toned than ever.
“🍑@ the beach” she wrote beneath the photos of her living it up on the beach. Shay also shared a photo of her divine french pedicure and another of herself reading Colleen Hoover’s It Starts With Us. Stars—they’re just like us!
Shay's fans and friends were quick to give her love in the comments. “Ok, I wanna be you when I grow up!!! 😍,” wrote Vanessa Lachey. Others commented on her glowing aura and asked about her workout routine.
If you’re also wondering how Shay gets so strong, you’re in luck, because she has shared a few deets with Women's Health over the years.
For one, she said that she uses Openfit with her bestie and official friend-of-the-Kardashians Stephanie Shepherd. Shay committed to working out five days a week for four weeks on the app, and she said she totally saw the benefits. (BTW, Shay has a partnership with Openfit.)
“It changed everything,” she shared. “I had way more energy; I don’t have five cups of coffee anymore. I can sound preachy when I’m talking about it, but it totally altered my year."
“Right after I had Atlas, if I ever made a comment about how I didn’t feel like myself, people were like, ‘Well, you just had a baby.’ Yeah, I know I just had a baby,” she shared. “I’m very grateful for my body, and that it gave life, but I’m still allowed to express that I don’t feel like myself.”
When it comes to her diet, Shay told Women’s Health that she's all about moderation. "Truly, I'm not one who believes in diets." Shay eats what she wants, when she wants to, and tries to set a good example for her daughter.
"I want her to be conscious about what she's eating and where she gets it from. We have been taking her to the farmers market, and I like her knowing that this food came from a specific place," she adds.
Get it, Shay!
