Shay Mitchell Is the New Face of Cacharel

Actor, new mom, entrepreneur, and now face of a new perfume campaign from a legendary brand — Shay Mitchell can truly do it all!

As reported by WWD, the Pretty Little Liars and Dollface actor has been tapped as the star of Cacharel's new ‘Yes I Am’ perfume collection. Shay fronts the campaign for the line's latest installment, ‘Yes I Am Fabulous.’

In the first campaign image, which WWD posted exclusively, Shay wears big hoop earrings, a powerful red lip, and a black jacket. She looks strong, sophisticated, and ready for anything. The brand teased Shay as its new ambassador on Instagram.

There are already two scents in existing ‘Yes I Am’ lineup: ‘Yes I Am’ and ‘Yes I Am Pink’ — each flanker comes in a lipstick-shaped tube and their different colors are meant to convey power, confidence, and strength.

To say Shay is thrilled about the partnership would be an understatement. "I was literally over the moon to be asked to be the ambassador. I feel like it was such a great fit synergistically,” she told WWD. “To me, Cacharel has always been about freedom, independence, empowerment and I truly feel like they captivated the entire essence of the brand with this collection."

"I was really excited to be able to represent the collection as a whole because I feel like women — we’re all diverse, we’re determined and outspoken in our own ways, not only as it relates to one person to the next but sometimes even amongst ourselves from day-to-day," she continued.

Shay's also a big fan of fragrance and uses it to express herself. "I’m constantly changing from the morning until the night, as my boyfriend will say. He’s like: 'You have many different personalities.' So I feel the same way with this perfume collection. I don’t have to choose just one," she said.

Besides being the face of the new scent, Shay is also the face of her luggage and lifestyle brand, Béis, which has been incredibly successful thus far. Her life is filled with projects and time with her daughter Atlas, she's not slowing down anytime soon.

"I thrive when I am super busy. I love the challenge and the feeling I get from embodying so many different roles, and especially now," she explained. "I have a daughter; I want her to understand not only the value of hard work but the growth that comes from trying new things and being multifaceted. You don’t just have to just be or do one thing these days, which is amazing."

The ‘Yes I Am’ collection embodies Shay's philosophy perfectly. "You can wear as many different hats as you want as long as you have the time to do them all individually well and as a whole. I love getting to wear all the many different hats, and I am sure there will be even more that I get to put on in the future."
