Update: In the time since the below spotting, Shawn has picked back up and ended his relationship with Camila Cabello for the second time. However, in the midst of the singers' 'ship together, Dr. Jocelyne Miranda and Shawn showed a genuinely friendly interaction after they were photographed hugging on May 5 (see all the pics right this way).

Outlets noted at the time that Shawn had been spotted just days before with Camila, though now it seems the two have fizzled out again, therefore prompting rumors that maybe Shawn will pick up his maybe (but likely not, TBH) 'ship with the chiropractor. Ya know, casual rumor mill stuff.

Shawn Mendes was spotted on a hike with his longtime chiropractor/maybe-girlfriend Dr. Jocelyne Miranda in Los Angeles on Monday amid a ton of romance rumors. The celeb and doctor seemed to be enjoying their day with a hike at Runyon Canyon Park following months of speculation about their relationship status 👀.

A refresher: The duo, who were first seen together on a lunch date last summer, and have since been photographed partaking in generally wholesome activities since (i.e. going on coffee runs, etc). Most recently, Miranda accompanied Shawn—and his exceptionally unbuttoned lace shirt— to a 2023 Grammys afterparty, which added fuel to the dating rumor fire since the singer didn't even go to the ceremony earlier in the night.

The Daily Mail reports that Shawn and Jocelyne went back to a car together after their hike and Jocelyne put on a sweatshirt that said "I LOVE YOU BABY" on the back. (Shawn and Jocelyne have not commented on the relationship rumors publicly, but People reports that the 51-year-old doctor began treating Shawn back in 2018.)

Other than romance buzz, Shawn has made headlines recently for canceling his tour in order to focus on his health and wellbeing. Earlier this week, Shawn opened up to WSJ. Magazine about the "very difficult" decision he made last year to cancel.

"The process was very difficult. A lot of doing therapy, a lot of trying to understand how I was feeling and what was making me feel that way. And then doing the work to help myself and heal," he told the outlet before delving into his overall evolution as of late. "I think the last year and a half has been the most eye-opening and growing and beautiful and just healing process of my life," he said. "I 'm also really grateful for all the people that were so accepting and loving and kind and understanding. And it just really made me see how culture is really starting to get to a place where mental health is really becoming a priority."
