Sharon Osbourne just dropped a bombshell about her life on her show Sharon Osbourne: Cut the Crap. The 71-year-old revealed that she tried to commit suicide via overdosing when she found out that her husband was having an affair. Keep reading for more information.

Sharon Osbourne Discovers Her Husband's Affair

Sharon and Ozzy got married way back in 1982, but in 2016, they revealed they were splitting up after 33 years of marriage because Sharon discovered that Ozzy had been having an affair with a hair stylist. Soon after finding out, Sharon's mental health took a turn for the worse.

"I took, I don't know how many pills," she said. She felt that her children were "older" and thus they could "take care of themselves. "I took an overdose and locked myself in the bedroom. The maid tried to come in to clean the room and saw me," she described.

You might be wondering how Sharon didn't know for four years. "He always, always had groupies and I was so used to that," she explained. "But when he knows the name of the person, where they live and where they work... it is a whole different thing as you are emotionally invested."

"There wasn't just one woman," Sharon continued. "There were six of them."

Sharon & Ozzy Get Back Together

In August 2016, Ozzy went to rehab for sex addiction. Afterwards, the couple got back together and renewed their wedding vows in Las Vegas on Mother's Day in 2017.

"For me, this was actually our real wedding day," Ozzy recalls. "This is the one that I will remember. Sharon and I have been through so much, and this honestly feels like a new beginning."

"I made a huge mistake," Ozzy said of the affair. "Without Sharon, I am nothing. I love her. I can honestly say that I have never loved anybody other than my wife."
