Ozempic became a household name after reports surfaced that a slew of celebrities rely on the prescription medication to lose weight and keep it off.

Now, Sharon Osbourne says she’s one of them—but she’s lost more weight than she wants.

The Type 2 diabetes injection includes side effects of appetite repression and digestion slowing, so many have adopted the prescription off-label as a weight loss drug.

The 70-year-old television personality just made a few public appearances and addressed her recent weight loss, and opened up about her Ozempic use. The star also explained why she's no longer taking the drug.

Here’s everything to know about Sharon Osbourne's experience with Ozempic.

Did Sharon Osbourne use Ozempic?

Sharon recently spoke publicly about using Ozempic.

"Whatever you choose is up to you," she told E! News. "It's not a dirty little secret when you've taken something to help you lose weight, which is perfectly fine," she said. "We don't have to bullshit."

But the former The Talk co-host also told E! News that she’s no longer on the medication and just trying to focus on her goals.

How much weight did she lose on Ozempic?

Sharon told E! News that she lost 30 pounds on Ozempic.

“It’s just time to stop, I didn’t actually want to go this thin but it just happened,” she said on Talk TV’s Piers Morgan Uncensored.

Now, Sharon says, said she’s focused on keeping the weight off. “I'm at the point of losing too much that I have to try and maintain," she told E! News. Now, the star is off the drug—and looking to find a balance for her health.

"In my life, the heaviest I was 230 pounds and I'm now under a hundred," she told the publication. "I want to maintain at about 105 because I'm too skinny."

What did Sharon say about Ozempic?

Sharon told Piers Morgan that she took Ozempic for four months and struggled with nausea. “Like everything, there's always no quick recipe,” she said. “The first couple of months, I just felt nauseous. Every day I felt nauseous, my stomach was upset, whatever."

Sharon said that she eats “normally” now and hasn’t gained weight.

She also said she’s struggled with disordered eating in the past. “It's a mental thing," she told E! News. "Sometimes, I would eat to punish myself and then I wouldn't eat to show that I had control of my life."

Sharon also has this message for people who may criticize her taking a weight loss drug: "Who cares."
