The basketball icon is feeling well enough to work out again.

Shaquille O'Neal is back at the gym post-surgery.

Over a week after getting surgery for a hip injury, O'Neal shared a video on Instagram showing himself walking into the gym using a single crutch on his right side. He made his way to a chest press machine, where he was able to successfully work out.

The moment of recovery tugged heartstrings with the use of inspirational audio from boxer Caleb Plant's interview ahead of a fight paired with piano instrumentals.

"When I set out, I set out to live an unbelievable life and accomplish unbelievable things. So I don't need you guys to believe in me when I say what I say," said Plant in the audio.

Upon seeing the video, Plant jokingly commented, "Wise words."

O'Neal's famous friends also expressed their support towards his recovery journey in the comments.

"Bro, this s--t almost made me cry," wrote Jamie Foxx.

Stephen Curry's mom and former athlete Sonya Curry also cheered O'Neal on, writing, "Keep grinding and get well soon!!👏🙏🏼."

Singer Ginuwine had words of encouragement, too. "Get back king that’s right🙌," he wrote.

This recovery update comes a week after O'Neal shared details of his surgery with his Twitter followers. After the NBA legend shared a picture of himself resting on a hospital bed on March 19, his fans were concerned for his health.

The next day, O'Neal tweeted, "To all the people who are worried and concerned. first off, let me say thank you. And lastly no need to worry, just had to get some BBL WORK AKA #hipreplacement. Thanks and love you all. But no need to worry and yes I'm fine."
