Shannen Doherty is keeping her head held high as she continues her battle with breast cancer. After undergoing several months of chemotherapy, the Charmed alum is preparing to undergo radiation, and shared another inspiring InstaVideo that showed her smiling her way through a doctor's visit.

In it, Doherty sits in an office with Beverly Hills plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr. Jay Orringer, who places iodine on her chest as she explains the procedure to the camera. "Because I'm starting radiation soon, he has to over-expand me--make sort of this placeholder, if you will, larger because radiation shrinks it," she says.

The actress further explained the visit in a caption for the video, writing, "Getting my expander expanded by my reconstructive surgeon @jayorringermd and the lovely Ana Marie. I consider myself very lucky and very blessed to have this man as my doctor. The last couple of days have been busy gearing up for radiation. #warrior #fightlikeagirl #cancerslayer."

Since getting diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015, Doherty has documented her treatment and recovery process, sharing raw, emotional videos on Instagram and maintaining a positive attitude that has served as an inspiration for many of her fans.

The actress, who also underwent a single mastectomy earlier this year has continued to be a cancer slayer through it all. Her courageous spirit has not only garnered the support of her fans, but her friends, who have shared emotional tributes to her on social media.

In a post earlier this week, her former 90210 costar Jennie Garth posted a sweet message in her honor, captioning a T-shirt that said 'Fight Like a Brenda' in reference to her 90210 character.

"To my soul sister @theshando strongest lady I've ever known. then and now. i used to be threatened by your spirit, now i'm in awe of it," she wrote. "You've taught me a lot about speaking my mind and not being afraid of my power. i'm so grateful that young me got to be friends with you. but especially 'old' me! the best is yet to come on this crazy journey!! love you!"
