Shanna Moakler's boyfriend Matthew Rondeau was arrested for felony domestic violence yesterday (Thursday, February 24), not long after going on an offensive rant about her on Instagram Live. His behavior caused a lot of understandable concern for Shanna, who has given a statement via her rep telling everyone that she is doing okay and is with loved ones.

“I wanted to let everybody know that I’m OK and thank you for your love and support," the statement, given to Us Weekly, read. "I’m surrounded by my family and friends."

Shanna's manager David Weintraub told the outlet that she's thankful for her fans after the “horrible incident unfold[ed] on social media,” and added “Thank you to everyone calling with concern about Shanna. She is okay and survived this traumatic experience.… Thankfully, the police saved her from harm’s way and she is doing fine. At the moment, she asks that she is given her space to adjust to life after this trauma.”

According to an Us Weekly source, Shanna and Matthew "were celebrating the Celebrity Big Brother finale and got into a fight later on in the night, which is when things escalated. She left their home to give him space and came back in the morning, which is when they got into another fight.” The source also noted that “They definitely have a toxic relationship and go through this toxic cycle of breaking up and getting back together. Friends think she deserves better."

Following his arrest, Matthew's bail was set at $50,000.
