  • The singer stays fit by playing tennis, horseback riding, and taking long walks.

  • Shania has also battled Lyme disease for nearly 20 years and eats a healthy diet.

Shania Twain, 58, might not be impressed by a rocket scientist or even Brad Pitt, but the singer impressed audiences with her strong legs while performing the last string of shows on her tour.

The "You're Still the One" singer wore an army patterned vest and fishnets that showed off her incredible thigh and calf muscles while strutting across the stage.

“Oh Canada, it sure does feel good to be home ❤️ And what an absolutely beautiful night in Toronto to kick off some more home country shows! Quebec, Montreal, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver - y'all are some of my favourite places to play and I'm so excited to be performing for you again, it felt only right to end the #QueenOfMeTour in Canada. Who's coming out to a show?” the "Man! I Feel Like A Woman" songsgtress captioned a carousel of snapshots from her show.

Fans loved seeing Shania in her element, and let her know with comments. “😍😍😍😍😍” wrote one follower. Another added, “👸 Always ❤️.”

If you’re curious how Shania has maintained her strength throughout her tour, Women’s Health has answers!

Shania told The Cut in 2017 that she likes to wake up early to maximize her day and get some movement in on the tennis court. "I always say the tennis court is my gym—I love tennis. I started playing it with my son when he was about 7 (he’s 15 now). I was already older, in my early 40s. With tennis, I forget that I’m working out because it’s a game," she told the publication. "I love the fact that I’m concentrating more on the points and having fun than I am worried about the time or pushing through repetitions. I love the fact that I’m running around outside, enjoying myself. When I’m able to play tennis regularly—which is, again, depending on where I am—it’s nothing for me to play three to five times a week."

Besides tennis, Shania loves horseback riding and taking long walks.

Plus, she is most definitely getting her cardio in on stage. It’s no wonder she looks so strong!

Overall, health is top of mind for Shania, who has been battling Lyme Disease for nearly 20 years. The autoimmune disease actually started affecting her vocal chords in 2003, she shared with PopSugar. "My symptoms were quite scary because before I was diagnosed, I was on stage very dizzy. I was losing my balance, I was afraid I was gonna fall off the stage," she told the publication. Now, Shania is feeling a lot better—and it shows in her latest shows!

When it comes to how Shania fuels up for performances (and, ya know, everyday life), she sticks to natural foods. "I stick to a mixture of real raw, whole-food items every day," she told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. "I make sure I’m eating greens every day, and nuts, and food that’s not processed. I do that every day."

No wonder why Shania is the queen of everything!
