Stop everything, because the sweetest reunion happened this week and it involves the Shadowhunters cast. The Freeform series wrapped in May with a feature-length finale, but that doesn't mean the cast has put a wrap on the friendships they spent the better part of three years building.
That was proven to be true on Monday night when all of our Shadowhunters faves turned up to the IT Chapter Two to support one of their own, Isaiah Mustafa. Isaiah plays the adult version of Mike Hanlon in IT: Chapter Two, making it his first post-Shadowhunters role; it was a big moment for the actor. It seems like the rest of his cast knew this, too, because a majority of them showed up to the Los Angeles premiere earlier this week to show their love and support for Isaiah.
The day after the premiere, Isaiah posted a couple of photos on his Instagram featuring Shadowhunters co-stars Dominic Sherwood, Emeraude Toubia, Alisha Wainwright, Matthew Daddario, and Luke Baines. In one of the group photos, Isaiah voiced his appreciation for the cast turning up, writing, "So happy to share my @itmovieofficial experience with my Shadowfam!! Thank you." Unfortunately, Shadowhunters star Katherine McNamara was unable to join in the fun because she's currently working on Arrow but she tweeted out support for Isaiah: "On set @CW_Arrow but thinking of @ITMovieOfficial! Congrats to @isaiahmustafa and the rest of the team!"
Even though the Shadowhunters cast is separating and beginning new chapters in their respective careers, it's nice to see they're still a family — something they reminded fans on this week at the IT: Chapter Two premiere.
