Sara Echeagaray may be a familiar face from your TikTok For You Page, or maybe you've caught her as basketball player Ava Navarro on her Disney+ show, Big Shot. Either way, the 21-year-old actress is making waves in the entertainment space. Thanks to her bubbly online presence and larger-than-life personality, she's gained more than 7.5 Million followers on TikTok alone. This even caught the attention of her co-star, John Stamos, who she started making videos with on the set of their show.
What you might not know about Sara is that she considers her mom, sister, and dog her best friends. She's also obsessed with K-Pop and the Harry Potter series (celebs, they're just like us!). In our latest edition of Seventeen Starter Pack, Sara walked us through all the things that make her, her. Whether it's the lip product she can't get enough of, a sentimental gift from her sister, or a gnarly souvenir from the set of Big Shot, Sara dished on all of her favorite things.
Dyson Airwrap Multi-Styler
The Dyson Airwrap has taken over TikTok for good reason. Not only does it dry and style your hair at the same time using air pressure technology, but it works on all hair types. Sara must have seen this on #BeautyTok because it's also part of her holy grail products.
"I use this on a daily basis. It is kind of, like, in my holy trinity if I were to have a holy trinity," Sara explains to Seventeen. "When you're [using the Dyson Airwrap], your hair can be moist still, so it saves me all the time."

Sara refers to these as her therapy headphones because she frequently uses them to clear her mind and go on hot girl walks. "I put on music that I feel like is the soundtrack to my life," she says, describing her music faves like Bazzi's song, "I Like That."
"I'm obsessed with K-Pop, [from] BTS, to NCT, to ENHYPHEN," Sara dishes.
Native Cucumber & Mint Body Wash
"So a lot of people ask me, 'Sara, what is your skincare routine? Tell me the secrets,'" Sara jokes before *exclusively* revealing her skincare faves to Seventeen. "It is a body wash, that is all I use. I don't use serums, I do use moisturizer — it's very rare when I do," she says before explaining that she limits her skincare routine to Native's Cucumber & Mint Body Wash to avoid irritation and breakouts.
Director's Chair
Sara's first acting project was on her current Disney+ series, Big Shot, and she took home the back of her director's chair from the set. "I did not steal it," Sara says, laughing. "I asked very graciously, and by asking, I mean I begged."
She admits that she felt emotional and that she "blacked out a bit" when she saw her name on the chair. "It was kind of like the 'I made it' moment... it was a feel-good moment," she says.
Tiffany & Co. Return to Tiffany Heart Pendant
One of Sara's favorite accessories is the Return to Tiffany Heart Pendant necklace that her sister gave to her for Christmas two years ago. "I love it so dearly, so much," she gushes. "It's kind of like our best friend necklaces."
Sara dishes that her sister and her mom are her best friends because they "keep her sane" in the hustle and bustle of her life in Hollywood and the entertainment industry.
Yves Saint Laurent Libre Eau de Parfum
"This perfume is amazing. As you can tell, I've definitely worn it," Sara tells Seventeen as she holds up a nearly empty bottle of Yves Saint Laurent's Libre fragrance. "It is almost out, and now I'm like, really treasuring this smell so much."
Yves Saint Laurent Lipstick
Another YSL fave of Sara's is their lipstick, which she received in a vault thanks to her partnership with the brand. "They are the first-ever high-end fashion brand that wanted to work with me and I was like, 'Are you guys sure you want to work with me?' But I am so thankful either way," Sara dished. She says she uses nearly every lip shade in the box and that they're all "gorgeous."
The Lion King Blanket
"This is a little embarrassing because I've had this since I was a little kid," Sara says before bringing out her vintage The Lion King blanket. "If there was a burning fire in my house, I would take this first. This is the one thing that I'd grab and I'd run out."
Harry Potter Elder Wand
Growing up, Sara was a huge Potterhead — a.k.a a Harry Potter super-fan. She considers her Elder Wand from the franchise one of her "prized possessions."
"Harry Potter was kind of introduced to me when I was in a dark era of my life," she explains to Seventeen. "It was always like my comfort and my safe home. I would always watch it when I was feeling sad or down because it always felt like I had a little family when my family was off doing things." She's such a fan of the series that she even dressed up as the titular character for Halloween every year until she decided to "switch things up" and try out a new costume.
