What You'll Need

  • Strawberries

  • Wooden skewers

  • Paring knife

How to Make 1. Insert skewer into the stem end of the strawberry. Using a paring knife, cut down about 1 inch from the base of the berry until almost through. Before removing knife, pull back the "petal" to make it stick out. 2. Repeat this process all around the base. 3. Offset the next row of petals to stagger from the first row. Repeat all the way up the berry. 4. If desired, cut off the top 1/4-inch of the strawberry for a more classic rose shape. Mint leaves also can be used as leaves on the bottom.

Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

What You'll Need

  • Strawberries

  • Paring knife

  • 8 ounces cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

How to Make (makes about 24 large strawberries) 1. Using a paring knife, slice the tops and bottoms off strawberries so they stand. Cut out the center portion. 2. In a small bowl combine 4 ounces softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. 3. Transfer cheesecake mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large closed-star tip. Pipe filling into berries. If desired, top with graham cracker crumbs, mini chocolate chips, and/or sprinkles.

How to Make: Baseball Dip strawberries in melted white chocolate/candy coating; let dry. Pipe red royal icing or melted red candy coating on sides to resemble a baseball. How to Make Dip strawberries in desired flavor of Greek yogurt. Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm. Dip strawberries in Greek yogurt again. Sprinkle with crushed granola or toasted almonds. Freeze for 1-2 hours more.

How to Make 1. Using a paring knife, slice the tops off strawberries and halve them lengthwise. 2. Place berries on a clean work surface, cut sides down and pair them up with the pointed bottoms touching to make a rough heart shape. 3. Secure them together with a toothpick or short skewer. 4. Lay strawberries, cut sides down, on a tray lined with wax paper. 5. Spoon melted chocolate over strawberries; let dry completely. 6. Trim excess chocolate around berries to help define heart shape; remove toothpicks/skewers.
