Serena Williams’ Latest Ab Workout Pic Has Fans Doing Double Takes

Serena Williams tried to share a picture of her post-pregnancy workout but ended up with an optical illusion that left fans scratching their heads.
On Saturday, the 42-year-old tennis pro posted a photo of herself laying on an exercise mat placed beside other workout equipment in what appeared to be her home gym, with her feet firmly in place on the floor and her legs positioned at an angle, presumably in the middle of a set of crunches or sit-ups.
Also in the photo was Williams' firstborn, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. (who goes by Olympia), seen sitting crisscrossed by her mother's head.
"Olympia watching me try to get my ab muscles working again," she joked in the caption of the Oct. 7 upload. "Here comes fitness!"
But at first, fans had a lot of trouble spotting the 6-year-old, who was somewhat deceptive in the snap as many mistook the back of Olympia's head for the top of her mother's.
"I know I’m not the only one that was looking for Olympia?🤣🤣🥰," one top-liked comment suggested.
"Cool pic. Had to look twice to figure it out," someone else wrote.
"This photo is so trippy," a third added.
"I didn’t see your daughter at first," another admitted. "I was looking everywhere in the photo 😅💪🏾 let’s go!!"
A few others added similar comments, including, "Ha, cool angle! Two heads become one," "Wait.. I had to look twice lol" and "Not me looking for her 😆."
Williams' husband, Alexis Ohanian, also praised the snap, gushing, "Love this photo."
Along with Olympia, the athlete and her husband share a second child, whom they only welcomed this past August, a baby girl named Adira River Ohanian.
