Serena Williams Doesn’t Believe in New Year’s Resolutions
Serena Williams, the tennis legend, the fashion icon, the mentor and the mother, doesn’t believe in New Year’s resolutions. “I always say it’s about the lifestyle, not a moment,” muses Williams, who values consistency over any short-lived effort, while on the phone from her home in Palm Beach Gardens. “After how long I’ve been around, [I’ve realized] it never really happens,” she says with a knowing chuckle. Instead, “I just try to focus [year-round] on how I want to live my life; I definitely love being healthy and eating healthy and rejuvenating my body.”
Of course, staying at the top of her game 365 days a year—on the court and off—requires help from a handful of trusted products that she is sharing today on Amazon. “Life for me now is about convenience: quick and now,” says Williams, as her two-year-old daughter, Olympia, is heard playing in the background.
