Serena Williams Is Breathtaking in a Draped Fuchsia Gown

Serena Williams made a radiant appearance at the Los Angeles premiere of Creed III yesterday.

The tennis champ looked glamorous as she stepped onto the carpet wearing an asymmetrical fuchsia evening gown, which featured a high neckline, ruched draping at the waist, and one floor-length cape sleeve. To accessorize, Williams wore tiered heart-shaped earrings in red, sparkling diamond bracelets, and a diamond ring. She capped the look off with strappy sparkling heels in silver.

Beauty-wise, Williams went classic by pulling her hair up in a sleek low bun. Her makeup color coordinated with the outfit via a soft pink glam eyeshadow and a light pink lip.

Williams's Creed III appearance marks the second fabulous red-carpet look that she's delivered in the span of a week.

Just this past weekend, the tennis star walked the carpet at the 2023 NAACP Image Awards, where she received the NAACP's Jackie Robinson Sports Award. To celebrate the occasion, she wore a gorgeous custom creation designed by Brandon Blackwood. The black velvet piece featured a deep V neckline, a sheer silk corset foundation, a draped asymmetric waistline, a dramatic high leg slit, silk charmeuse lining, fitted sleeves, and a flowing circular train.

"We really wanted Serena to feel sexy, confident, and just like powerful," Blackwood tells BAZAAR.com. "She's the world's greatest athlete and she deserves a dress that compliments that. She's a powerhouse in herself and we just wanted to do something that was equally powerful."

Working with stylist Kesha McLeod, Williams finished off the ensemble with jewel-adorned pumps and diamond jewelry, including a thin tie necklace and statement pendant earrings.
