Serena & Lily Created a Beach House That’s Full of Design Inspiration

We always love a well-appointed beach house, but a Rosemary Beach residence outfitted entirely with Serena & Lily furnishings might just be heaven. The luxury interiors brand collaborated with real estate marketplace Pacaso to decorate this stunning home on 30A with its preppy, seaside-inspired pieces. The home, known as Rosemary Shores, marks the first collaboration between the two brands and is Pacaso’s first place on the Florida’s scenic 30A highway.
"The moment I laid eyes on our first 30A Pacaso home, Serena & Lily's effortlessly chic coastal aesthetic came to mind, with its high-quality pieces built to withstand the test of time. Together, we carefully selected pieces that bring to life a home where owners can truly relax, unwind, and kick their shoes off," says Lauren Farrell, the senior interior designer for Pacaso’s homes.
The collaboration between the two brands was a natural fit, and we can say from visiting the home ourselves that it is full of furniture and furnishings that you will want to make your own, but the 3,543-square-foot residence can be (partially) yours as well. The six-bedroom beach house is available for ⅛ to ½ ownership on Pacaso’s website. The Downstairs Living Room
“Drawing inspiration from the charming seaside community, we incorporated layers of prints, patterns, coastal motifs, natural textures and tones to imbue the home with an elevated presence and warmth,” Taylor Tuttleman, Serena & Lily’s design specialist, shares.
From the moment you enter the home, you are welcomed by the beauty of the living room. Acting as the main living space in the home, every detail is thoughtfully considered. The Balboa Rattan Coffee Table is perfectly placed so the homeowners can play board games or set down their glass of wine. The two Hinsdale Sofas in Salt Washed Belgian Linen Chambray decorated with the Somerset Throw and chic Madera Pillows, along with the Provence Swivel Chairs, are exactly what you need for curling up with a good book or settling in for a classic movie night. The soft Channing Rug effortlessly pulls the room together.
The Dining Room/Kitchen
We will always be advocates of a formal dining room, and Serena & Lily knows how to do so with a glamorous flair. Though the beach house's dining room shares space with the kitchen, it still feels regal and defined thanks to the Sanibel Chandelier that holds court over the Lake House Expandable Dining Table and Wells Dining Chairs. The kitchen island offers some extra seating with the classic Rivera Rattan Bar & Counter Stools.
Front Porch
Nothing is quite as magical as a beach house's porch on rainy days or warm summer nights—and this one is perfect for curling up with a good book or a glass of wine. With foundational elements like the Pacifica Swivel Chairs in the colorway Dune, the Springwood Hanging Daybed, the Terrace Round Dining Table and the Outdoor Rivera Dining Chairs, Rosemary Shores has a front porch that any neighbor would envy.
We also have to take a moment for the classy outdoor decor. We don’t think it’s possible to ever have enough of the Sunbrella Border Frame Pillows or Perennials Ridgewater Pillows due to their durability and the way they transform the space from simple to thoughtful and detailed.
Pool Patio
This posh space sets the scene for the whole home. Complete with an outdoor dining space with the Crosby Teak Expandable Dining Table, Tofino Dining Chairs and Sundial Outdoor Armchairs, you will want to dine al fresco every night. The precious Zafferano Poldina Pro Rechargeable Table Lamps on the table allow for you to enjoy the space well after the sun sets.

The Pondicherry Bedroom
After spending your day by the pool, it’s time for a good night’s rest, and the largest bedroom on the second floor is the perfect place to relax. The indulgent Pondicherry Bed, with its double piping detailing, adds a bespoke touch to the space.
The Harbour Cane Wide Nightstand adds functional storage, while the Ardara Table Lamps in Seaglass and the Pembroke Hand Knotted Rug up the cozy factor. For bedding, Serena & Lily’s design team used the linen Sutter Linen Quilt and shams, the Cape May Duvet and sheet set, and the Hillview Pillow for a clean but layered look.
Second Floor Porch
Just outside the Pondicherry bedroom is Rosemary Shore’s second floor porch. With the Lamu Cocktail Table and pair of Capistrano Lounge Chairs (shown here with Sunbrella Lido Pillows), the space is perfect for a party of two to enjoy everything from a morning coffee to an after-dinner cocktail.
Tall Hyde Bedroom
From a hair dryer to the La Jolla Basket that’s perfect for holding your laundry, you'll find all the creature comforts of home in this room. Here, the Tall Hyde Bed acts as the centerpiece, while the Driftaway Three Drawer Nightstand, Collins Swing Arm Sconce and Lakewood Rug add visual interest.
For bedding, the design team used the Baywood Collection's quilt and shams as well as the Soho Duvet Cover and Border Frame Sheet Set.
The Hughes Four Poster Bedroom
Nothing feels as grand as a canopy bed, and the Hughes Four Poster Bed immediately commands one’s attention with its natural texture. The Pinecrest Side Tables flank the bed, and the stunning sea glass-like Hattie Table Lamps add to the coastal vibes.
The Ashton Hand Knotted Rug brings in different shades of blue, while the Mainsail Quilt and Bainbridge Duvet, shams and sheet set give the plush bed a luxury hotel feel.
Third Floor Living Area
The third and final floor of the home is an intimate space that is perfect for playing board games and spending quality time together. Selections from Serena & Lily's modular Haven collection helped to build this space with corner and armless pieces acting as the primary seating.
The Cape Coffee Table acts as the focal point for playing Connect the Dots or a game of backgammon. The lighting of the Obispo Chandelier and the Gallaway Ceramic Table Lamp provide optimal lighting for reading or game nights. The Bowden and Mendocino pillows, soft Beachcomber Cotton Throw, and Sycamore Hand-Knotted Rug add cozy layers, while the Hunter Side Table and Wooster Console provide storage space.
The Lombard Bedroom
The largest bedroom on the third floor is perfect for the person who may have to work remotely during the trip (furniture like the Wooster Desk and Larkspur Task Table Lamp make tasks like taking Zoom calls or responding to emails a breeze). Elements like the Balboa Rattan Wide Nightstand, Lombard Bed and the plush Sedona Rug transform the space into a spot of optimal comfort when you need it. The bed is outfitted with the Cambria Quilt, Sweetwater Duvet and shams, Portofino Sheet Set and Milos Pillow.
The Bunk Room
The final room in the main house is sure to offer some children’s room inspiration. The beautiful Bungalow Chest, Shasta Rug and Martinique Wallpaper make the space feel like a chic, coastal-inspired wonderland.
The Southport Duvet, shams and sheet set, along with the Granada Quilt, make this bunk room one where even the adults would want to stay.
Guest House Main Area
The fun of Rosemary Shores doesn’t stop at the main house. The guest house is also full of charm and plenty of Serena & Lily furniture. The Parkwood Swivel Chair, Barton Sofa, Hughes Coffee Table, Driftway Dresser and small-but-statement-making Beaumont Martini Table make this intimate space feel like home.
Guest House Eat-In Kitchen
Though this kitchen has a smaller footprint, it doesn't skimp on beautiful design. The Beach House Breakfast Table, Hughes Dining Chairs, and Fairhope Pillows make this a space where everyone can hang out and enjoy their morning coffee before hitting the beach.
Guest House Bonus Space
In the guest house, it’s fun to do something a little extra. In the small space where the washer and dryer sit, Serena & Lily’s design team decided to play with Artichoke Wallpaper and a built-in bonus bed. Dressed up with the Sutter Linen Quilt and sham, along with a Westport Duvet Cover, sham and scalloped sheets, this bed is the most welcome surprise.
