"After" Sequel Star Candice King Shared a Behind-the-Scenes Clip of "After We Collided"

I need more.

There have been a lot of sneak peeks from the set of the After sequel, After We Collided, but we may have just gotten the most fun one yet courtesy of cast member Candice King.

The video, posted to an After Instagram fan account (via Just Jared Jr.), is a super sped-up time-lapse video walking fans through part of the After We Collided set. It's tough to tell who's who, but we do get a glimpse of a Christmas tree made out of books. Considering our fave After couple Tessa (Josephine Langford) and Hardin (Hero Fiennes-Tiffin), are two of the biggest bookworms on the block, there is a good chance that tree belongs to them.

As we mentioned earlier, the official After We Collided Instagram account has been giving us sneak peeks galore from the set while filming was going on. Among the most recent posts are some holiday-themed ones where Josephine and Shane Paul McGhie, who plays Landon, sit in a car and sing "Jingle Bells" and where the entire cast wishes rings in the new year. But, Candice's time-lapse video from the set of After We Collided might just be the best yet — even if we have to strategically pause the video to make sure we're getting all the details we need to see.

After We Collided came together quickly after the release of the first movie, After, in April 2019. The sequel got the green light just one month later and wrapped filming in mid-September 2019. The sequel is expected to stay true to the novel of the same name in author Anna Todd's 5-part After series. Fans can expect to see the continuing drama of Tessa and Hardin's relationship unfold as new characters arrive on the scene. Among those new actors are Candice, who plays Hardin's stepmother Kimberly Vance, and Dylan Sprouse, who plays Trevor, Tessa's co-worker at Vance Publishing.

A release date for After We Collided is coming soon. In the meantime, check out Candice's set video below:
