Alongside selling real estate, the agents at The Oppenheim Group create a lot of drama, which is the reason we can't stop watching Netflix's Selling Sunset. And much like many of her fellow agents, Heather Rae Young has already had a storied career in show business, from her background in Playboy to her high-profile celebrity engagement.

Here's everything you need to know about Young's journey to Selling Sunset.

Heather Rae Young is a former Playboy Playmate.

Before she ended up on reality TV, Young found herself at the Playboy Mansion for a casting call. "I freaked because I think it’s every girl’s dream to go to the Mansion and see what it’s like," she told Playboy.com. After posing for the website on a couple of occasions, she landed a centerfold as Miss February 2010, and the rest is history.

She's appeared in several movies.

Now a huge Netflix star, Young had already been pursuing a career in Hollywood for a number of years when her popularity skyrocketed thanks to Netflix. According to IMDb, the former model had small roles in The Internship, Love in the Time of Monsters, and Malibu Horror Story.

Heather Rae Young got engaged to Tarek El Moussa.

Young previously told Playboy.com that she was looking for a "man I feel a real connection with who is honest, ambitious and compassionate," and it seems as though she might have found him. Considering the fact that Young is both in real estate and on reality TV, it makes sense that she'd fall in love with an HGTV icon: Young is engaged to Flip or Flop star, Tarek El Moussa. In fact, their relationship has gotten so serious that Young told People in June 2020 that his children, daughter Taylor and son Brayden, consider her to be their "bonus mom."

The couple announced their engagement in July 2020, with Young calling herself "The Future Mrs. Tarek El Moussa!!!!" on Instagram. Fingers crossed that the wedding gets shown in the next season of Selling Sunset.

She's friends with several Selling Sunset costars IRL.

Sometimes it can be hard to discern what's real and what's not when it comes to reality TV. However, Young seems to have developed steadfast friendships with several of her Selling Sunset costars. Young recently shared photos on Instagram after hanging out with Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, and Amanza Smith.

The foursome took Young and El Moussa's boat, which is aptly named "Bad Decisions," out on the water. In one of the captions, Young proclaimed, "Celebrating so much good news!! Exciting things in the near future!" Perhaps a Selling Sunset Season 4 renewal is on the horizon.
