If there's one thing that gets better with time, it's Selling Sunset. The hit Netflix reality TV show flew under the radar during season one, but as soon as season two hit the streaming service, the series gained a cult following. And now, your favorite real estate agents are back on screen with even more drama, plenty of petty arguments, and multi-million-dollar houses worth drooling over.

But one thing you won't see on season three of Selling Sunset? Maya Vander's children. The bicoastal realtor and mom of two recently opened up to Women's Health about the reason behind her kids' absence from the show and why she may be leaving the Oppenheim Group to be closer to them.

For the past two seasons, Maya has been commuting back and forth between Miami and Los Angeles to sell million-dollar listings, sometimes bringing her infant son Aiden along with her. Viewers got a few glimpses of him during the second season of Selling Sunset, but Maya says neither Aidan, nor newborn daughter Elle will be making an appearance during season three.

"Apparently, it’s expensive to film a baby in production. They have to hire nurses. The baby can only be on up to 30 minutes. It’s a whole thing," Maya tells Women's Health. Since filming a TV show with a baby in tow comes with its fair share of obstacles, she has to spend a lot of time away from her kids, and that's not something she wants to do anymore.

If Selling Sunset is renewed for a fourth season, Maya says she's already asking herself, "How much I’m actually gonna be in [the show]?" if at all.

Ideally, she'd love to just stay in Miami with her family. In season three, Maya approaches Jason about starting a branch of the Oppenheim Group in Miami (the convo doesn't go far), and that's still something on her mind.

She's currently studying for her broker's license, and, once she receives it, would like to focus her real estate efforts on the sunshine state. "I think it would be a great idea and a great opportunity to possibly just do my own thing here or maybe Jason wants to do the Oppenheim Group in Miami," she explains.

So, yes, there is a chance Maya might leave the brokerage all together. Whatever her decision, Maya emphasized that she'll make sure it puts her family and work much closer together.
